I'm diving into the world of RSS feeds and honestly, I'm a bit lost. I gave Feedzy a shot, and while it was straightforward, I struggled to grasp the process and why I couldn't find the right RSS feed.

I reached out to FEEDZY's Customer Service through email (I usually prefer a phone chat), and I was pleasantly surprised by a few things:

1. They got back to me super fast.
2. They not only addressed my queries (which I could've found in the FAQ), but they also broke things down in a way that made sense to me. They even pointed me to additional resources I could check out.
3. I had another question later on, and they responded just as quickly and clearly.

In a world where many companies drop the ball on customer service, it’s a breath of fresh air to experience such great support. Right now, I'm using the free version, but I'm definitely considering the paid one, knowing I can count on getting the help I need if any issues pop up.
